Group Management

This reporting module lists audit information on all Group management actions.

Pre-Configured Group Management Reports

Click on the Reports tab and select the Group Management tab on the left, to view the reports listing.

Recently Created Security Groups	Recently Created Distribution Groups	Recently Deleted Security Groups	Recently Deleted Distribution Groups

Group Attribute New and Old Value

Audit every group management actions across the Windows server environment. View reports based on specific actions; with data on recently created security groups / distribution groups, recently deleted security groups / distribution groups, recently moved / modified groups and many more reports which are domain specific. A Pie / bar chart summarizes the actions in the selected domain.

To view an Audit Report

Click on Reports Tab > Group Management > Choose Report.
Select the Domain.
Select the Period (between 1 hr and 23 hours), a custom period can also be defined & saved for easy reference.
A graphical display with detailed events summary lists the audit information for the selected period.
Clicking on an event in the bar graph, filters the report view highlighting only the selected event.
Quick search option can be used for precise filtering.

Filter Attributes in the Group Management Reports Category

The below filter attributes can be added or removed to the reports under the Group Management category using the Add / Remove Columns link.

{Message, Member Name, Group Name, Domain Controller, Remarks, New Group Name, Creation Time, Deleted Time, SAM Account Name, Permission Changes, Attribute Old Value, Modified Attributes, Caller User Name, Modified Time, Attribute New Value, Group Scope, Domain}

Recently Created Security Groups This Report Provides Audit Information on all Recently Created Security Groups.	Recently Created Distribution Groups This Report Provides Audit Information on all Recently Created Distribution Groups.
Recently Deleted Security Groups This Report Provides Audit Information on all Recently Deleted Security Groups.	Recently Modified Groups This Report shows audit information on all modifications to a group within a select time period. This report acts as a single source for any addition or removal of user objects (members) to any of the groups in a selected domain.
Recently Removed Members from Distribution Groups This Report Provides audit information on Recently Removed Members from Distribution Groups.	Recently Added Members to Security Groups This Report Provides Recently Added Members to Security Groups.
Recently Added Members to Distribution Groups This Report Provides audit information on Recently Added Members to Distribution Groups.	Recently Removed Members from Security Groups This Report Provides audit information on Recently Removed Members from Security Groups.
Recently Deleted Distribution Groups This Report provides Audit Information on all Recently Deleted Distribution Groups.	Group Object History This Report Provides audit information on an Active Directory Group Object's History. The Caller User Names of who modified the Selected Group Object and when (Modified Times).
